Who we are
We service commercial kitchens across Sydney metro, NSW, Australia — restaurants, cafés, clubs, food courts, aged care, schools and production kitchens. Over 500+ kitchens have been through our schedule.
Our crews are employed, Sydney-based technicians, not subcontracted labour. The person who opens your duct is the person who signs your report — which means there is always someone accountable for what was and wasn’t cleaned.
Every job is documented to AS 1851, and every system is assessed against AS/NZS 1668.1. If we find something wrong with your installation, you get it in writing with a photograph, whether or not there is a repair in it for us.

Call or send the quote form. Tell us your venue type, canopy count and suburb — that is enough for a same-day price.
Inspect
We survey the system on site, measure grease depth at each access point, and confirm the scope in writing before anything starts.
Clean
Filters soak-tanked, canopy and duct mechanically degreased, fan stripped and rebalanced — outside your service hours.
Certify
You receive an AS 1851 certificate, before/after photos, a defect list and your next scheduled service date.
